Combined PDF download not allowed error

Since Monday we are facing this issue when trying to download documents:

"error": "{\"errorCode\":\"COMBINED_PDF_DOWNLOAD_NOT_ALLOWED\",\"message\":\"Setting Enable Combined PDF Download for SBS envelopes is turned off\"}"

We didn't make any new changes to our service, and we supported combined downloads from the start.

Can anybody help in regards to this issue or explain why is this happening?

In fact, for compliance reasons, it's no more possible to download combined documents in the case of SBS envelopes, except if a specific setting is turned on your account. If you want it to be enabled, thanks to open a Docusign support case with your account reference. Thanks
