Error when completing the signature process

Issue Description

Complete button continuously spins indefinitely and never completes.

Steps to Reproduce

I upload a PDF file. I send it to first recipient. Recipient signs it and completes it. When i hit sign, it keeps spinning and never tells me it completes correctly. I get the following error message in the docker logs for the documenso container:

Expected Behavior

Should complete the process and notify me it has completed successfully.

Current Behavior

It is just spinning indefinitely like it's loading in the background.

Forgot to add this is running on 2 separate docker containers. One for Documenso and one for Postgres:15. Perhaps it is missing the latest npm distribution internally in the docker build process.

Did you find a solution for that? I self host the app in a vm with digitalocean. I made it run in 2 separate docker containers but the issue still persist. I created an account in the app and sent a document for signing. The "Recent activity" section shows everything perfectly: the document was sent, the recipient opened the document, etc. However, while signing the document, it keeps loading in the "complete signing" pop-up. The "sign" button keeps loading infinitely. At the same time, in the dashboard's "Recent activity" section, it shows the document as signed, but the status of the document remains "pending"

I'm not self-hosted, but I'm facing a similar issue in the hosted application: The final signature has the "Sign" button spin either indefinitely or for a very long time. In my most recent encounter, the document was still marked "Complete", however.
