HTTPS & server upgrade?

Hi,

according to Server header, the server runs nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu). This is almost 4 years old software. Can we please upgrade and also enable HTTPS + HSTS for the website? Certificate via Let's Encrypt should be totally fine I think.
