Command doctrine:migrations:diff always generates empty migration if there is no differences

Is that an issue ?

@mikeSimonson some time ago (several months ago, if I'm not mistaken different version) doctrine would say something like 'No schema differences detected. There is no diff.'

Actually I lost issue, that said about empty migrations. There was an issue about this and somebody said that it's bug with current doctrine version. I thought maybe it was resolved, apparently not.

probably @idchlife refers to https://github.com/doctrine/migrations/blob/75fc71e22d59210b4d3398455881147e85300a47/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Migrations/Tools/Console/Command/DiffCommand.php#L103 and in 2.x (with https://github.com/doctrine/migrations/commit/cbe1b7f2ffc6441a151197497becb81b73b1a51d) started to generate it each time
