CID Sharing

Currently each transmitting window/source generates a new CID. There should be a function to allow this behavior or allow re-use of CIDs between multiple transmitting windows/sources.

A note on this.. talking to engineering and test people here you might want either/or, so you might want all sources (on different universes) to share a CID, or, you might want all different CIDs. Possibly need some way to manually allocate/edit CIDs also.
