UI/UX/CORE: Handle long list of files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The UI doesn't handle long lists explicitly. It will be a long list. Likely to hit some performance limits. The indexer will likely also have a noticeable performance impact. Basically, the current design is for a small number of files. The limits are unknown.
