UI: indicate the Space for sources

Current

If a response references files from multiple spaces the users isn't show which Space the source came from. This is particularly important if the same file exists in multiple Spaces which is a realistic common scenario. Example below shows the same file uploaded to the thread space and a shared space.

Solution

Show the Space name along with the file and page when rendering sources.
