打开watt toolkit和ds之后无法打开steam中文网页，显示

DevSidecar Error:
目标网站请求错误：【UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE】 unable to verify the first certificate
目标地址：https://store.steampowered.com:443/

重装根证书无效

Ⅲ. 期望的结果：

正确打开网页

Ⅳ. 如何复现问题？

1. 打开watt toolkit（原steam++，版本号3.0.0-rc.8 for Windows Desktop Bridge (x64)，使用Host模式
2. 打开ds1.8.1
3. 打开steam，商店页无法打开
