I noticed before that users had problems with this container and BTRFS ( see https://github.com/dockur/windows/issues/720 and https://github.com/dockur/windows/issues/299 ). But I am not sure what is causing this, probably some obscure bug in QEMU. So Im afraid there is not much I can do about it, except waiting until they fix it.
Yeah I am having issues with the Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise Containers if I choose to install WSL2. Fresh deployed Container that you then just do a "wsl --install" on and after reboot it is hung on the QEMU every time. Tried the BOOT_MODE: "windows_secure" with it as well and no difference.
Tried the Windows 10 image and it was giving me activation issues (I know these are supposed to be evaluation but the Win 11 allows activation as does Windows XP and 7 so no idea Windows 10 did not). Will try it again to test the WSL2 as that is really what I am wanting to accomplish as part of a user jumpbox for a Linux novice
Same result with Windows 10 VM and so i tried a mounted iso Windows 11 of my own and again as soon as I deploy it and everything comes up, if i install WSL2 and reboot it freezes up at that boot screen
