Try to add:

environment:
  HV: "N"
  BOOT_MODE: "windows_plain"

and see if it helps?

@suogad Is a totally different problem. I think the ISO file you use is not suitable for the automatic installation. You can set:

environment:
  MANUAL: "Y"
