It is most likely related to new versions of packages installed by the build script. 4.9 had older dependencies than 4.10.

I don't know. It works well with 4.9 and does not work with 4.10. I tested both back and forth a lot. I'm specifically referring to the ability to reach the other Docker services by their names from Windows.

My apologies, the way to get other Docker services accessible by names is not working. https://github.com/dockur/windows/issues/589 is what I've been using so far.
https://github.com/dockur/windows/issues/589#issuecomment-2187811415 to be exact. That stopped working in 4.10.
