Ask to confirm the export when the tarball already exists in the directory

If I already downloaded the backup of volume yesterday and download it today, the tarball may already exist. I wish it asked me to either replace it, keep it and use a (1) suffix or cancel as MacOS does maybe.

I'm sorry for not being able to fix this issue since I am using an Arch-based distro and Docker Desktop seems not to work. I will try to fix it (I have been trying for some time but have no hope) and make a PR if possible. By the time anyone else can work on this issue
