Suggestion: Change "Update and Restart" to "Update and Relaunch"

The button in Settings > Software updates for updating Docker Desktop for Windows says "Update and Restart" (and maybe sometimes "Apply and Restart" if I recall).

I think this might suggest to the user that the entire computer will need to be restarted, leading to them choosing to put off installing the update unnecessarily. I think it would be worth considering changing it to something like "Update and Relaunch" and "Apply and Relaunch".

EDIT: I just got another update so I can see it currently actually says "Install and Restart", so in this case it would be "Install and Relaunch".
