Add "troubleshooting" to the `docker desktop` commands

The most helpful one would be the "factory reset" command as it allows for an easy way to wipe any customizations that the user may have made. Often when a user has broken something the entire DD UI remains masked due to login enforcement so they can't use the Dashboard based UI.

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? We have users who will adjust settings that will lock them out of DD and cause other launch issues.
Are you currently working around the issue? Often we can work with them to manually update the JSON files, but it's complicated. Uninstall/Reinstall often won't remove "broken" config files so that can just create more churn on the machine.
