Reopen Desktop window on subsequent launch

Expected behavior

When I launch Docker from finder (or some other means) when it is already open or via some other means, I would expect the Docker Desktop window to open. Instead, I have to go to my menu bar and open it from there.

Actual behavior

Docker desktop does not open when relaunching. Something is taking my focus from my finder window but it is not clear what.

I am having the same issue. When trying to open docker by typing docker in spotlight, something focuses but the docker desktop window does not appear. I also have this issue when using raycast (spotlight alternative)
