Problem with "sign in" in the docker Desktop

I would like to "Sign in" in the docker Desktop, but the credentials are not verified.

I have tried many times and it still doesn't work.

Thanks for you answer, the Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS was used in my computer.

@Zhamemo, there are a few auth-related improvements in v4.22.0, the latest release of docker desktop (download here). could you try upgrading and let me know if you're able to sign in through the dashboard?

my second suggestion is to check your firewall settings to see if docker hub requests are being blocked. there are a number of hub connection timeouts in the logs you shared that suggest a firewall issue.
