Open User's terminal of choice from Docker Desktop

Tell us about your request When clicking the CLI button the default terminal should open the shell session (Alacrity in my case)

Which service(s) is this request for? Docker Desktop

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? Developers have preferred terminals to work in which are setup to work for them, but the desktop UI currently opens the machine's built-in terminal not the user's preferred terminal.

Are you currently working around the issue? Using Alacrity rather than button in Desktop UI

Additional context This issue was previously on the roadmap but solved only for users who prefer iTerm2: https://github.com/docker/roadmap/issues/98
