Aggregated Pull Quota
Tell us about your request Larger organizations will often leverage an image cache and/or Internet egress proxies as part of their infrastructure. This will concentrate the pull metrics to fewer user accounts and IP addresses than are actually in use. The Service Account and IP Allow added services for Business Licenses fit there, but they strand our entitled pull capacity in the paid licenses.
Add Organizational pull stats to Org Owner dashboard/analytics/billing Aggregate the pull quotas from all Licensed Users as a baseline entitlement Allow Orgs to purchase additional blocks of capacity for all authenticated members Use this aggregate as part of the cost modeling for Service Account and/or IP Allow lists added features

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? Financial governance is always a pain and building those justifications for stranded capacity is never a fun activity.

Additional context A complication could be if a User is a member of multiple Organizations. Which Org gets their quota pulled from is not explicit. While most of our users are a member of a single Organization I could see this as a challenge for a wider audience.
