Add support for username/password auth with Consul and Zookeeper

As a follow-up to #121, we should include support for username/password authentication for Consul and zookeeper.

Hey @mcapuccini, unfortunately no and I'm no longer a maintainer of the repository. As I commented on another issue, it may be wise to ask for a status from the people on the docker team. Maybe a fork could be a solution if no answer is given. Sorry for the inconvenience.
