Better examples

People who are checking out libcompose for the first time might not immediately see its full value. Having a few good examples can go long way with showing some of its potential uses.

On a related note, it might be worth mentioning in the README where libcompose is currently being used (especially since I'm seeing it being used in a few new projects :smile: )

I definitely agree. I've added a "documentation" overall in my TODOs, including godoc and inline example and more standard documentation on how to use and integration with libcompose and such ! :+1:
