Support image push

What are your thoughts on a form of image push with AuthConfig support? Is that something which should be added? Where would that fit?

@bfosberry I would maybe like that (or talk about it), but until 1.0.0, I just want to concentrate compatibility with docker-compose. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Sure, I need this, either in libcompose or on top of it on my end, so if it's something that would fit in the project interface, or as a new image concept, I can add support for this
