Pulling docker images from Docker Hub seems to not work

Expected behavior

When I click on the "CREATE" button of a recommanded docker image, it should create the corresponding iamge

Actual behavior

It seems to timeout when connecting to Docker Hub.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Download latest release Windows 0.17.10
2. Install - click on the "CREATE" button for Postgres or Node (officials)
