Cannot connect to Docker Hub

Loged on Docker Hub successfully but cannot connect to docker hub to download image; Executing by command line no have a problem.

Windows 10 Home Single Language;

Same problem here. Windows 10, uninstalled and reinstalled many times, ran as admin, nothing helps.
