not all site UI elements can be accessed by keyboard

if i go to https://hub.docker.com/, multiple ui elements appear to require the mouse to access, including the Help button and your user profile. i recommend using a tool such as vimium (press f on hub.docker.com) to get a sense of what's accessible by keyboard already.
