Huge amount of SPAM and TROJANS

As the other spam thread is now closed with no action on all the spam in hub.docker. I would remind the admins that there is over 4,550 spam and trojans on docker hub.

As stated before, they have the same template and easy to find.

In Google search for.

"MIRROR1" site:hub.docker.com "download"

The implications of the huge amount of spam appearing in the index is a barrier to be recommending hub.docker to anyone.

This needs to solved and from my perspective this is an easy fix.

Thanks for following up on this issue @RattyDAVE . As mentioned in https://github.com/docker/hub-feedback/issues/1219#issuecomment-376953562 - we've been addressing incoming spam via a combination of manual and automated methods.

We will look into this report and ensure deactivation of the spam accounts.

As always - appreciate your help and feedback in making hub a better place. We will keep this issue open until the spam content mentioned above is confirmed removed.
