[mount] mount point doesn't get mounted after reboot

Description

after a windows reboot / system update i ran into issues.

Most of the time the mount point cannot be reached after a reboot.

Cannot start Docker Compose application. Reason: compose [start] exit status 1. Container docker-12-2-core Starting Error response from daemon: error while mounting volume '/var/lib/docker/volumes/vps2_mount/_data': failed to mount local volume: mount /run/desktop/mnt/host/wsl/docker-desktop-bind-mounts/Debian/5f9d74dbc23fd18d8d0d931b8493bb75cbb3ffa82e15fc1af4dad66e22107af7:/var/lib/docker/volumes/vps2_mount/_data, flags: 0x1000: no such file or directory

with a docker volume ls, i see the mount point there (also after reboot).

I have to delete the volume and container and rebuild it with docker compose (it says in use otherways)
