Description

When I create a PostgreSQL database inside IntelliJ, it connects to the default port 5432. When I attempt to use my Docker PostgreSQL image to connect to a PostgreSQL database for the Spring JPA Repo create table, I receive an error. I am not sure why neither of them connects. The Docker Postgres image is created and launched at port 5432 when I remove the Postgres database. I am perplexed as to why they both do not run on the same port and connect to each other, but only one of them works.

compose.yml file configuration:
