`docker debug` command crashes on `Error: chown /tmp/...: no such file or directory`

Description

I previously used the install mise command to add the mise development environment tool to Docker Debug. Now, whenever I try to use Docker Debug, I see the following:

$ docker debug my-container
Error: chown /tmp/6f36b231-ecee-429b-b008-d506ada849c3/tmp-home/nix/tmp/debug-tools/.local/state/mise/tracked-configs/683e3751c3b5231f: no such file or directory

• I've tried using the --command flag to troubleshoot, but it looks like the error happens before commands can be executed.
• I've looked for a "debug" volume to delete, but haven't found one. I could delete everything, but I'd really prefer not to have to rebuild my entire development environment.

Any idea how to reset the debug environment?

Reproduce

1. docker debug my-container
2. install mise
3. Create a mise config file.

5. Run a task. mise run rspec. It will ask you to enable the experimental task running feature. Do so, then re-run mise run rspec. I suspect it doesn't matter if the task is successful or not.
6. Exit the debug environment.
7. docker debug my-container
8. Failure? Maybe?
