Navigation bar does not remember minimized/maximized state

Description

The navigation sidebar in the Dashboard for Docker Desktop for macOS does not persist its state. If I minimize it then close and re-open the window, it is maximized again. That is always an unpleasant surprise and not the behavior I expect.

Reproduce

1. open docker desktop for mac
2. minimize the navigation sidebar
3. close the window
4. click the docker status icon
5. click "go to dashboard"
6. the navigation bar is maximized

Expected behavior

Once the navigation bar is minimized, it should stay minimized.
