missing kernel module dm_crypt

Description

In the latest versions of Docker, the dm_crypt module is missing. It was present in version 4.24.0.

Reproduce

docker run -it --rm fedora /bin/bash modprobe dm_crypt

Expected behavior

the dm_crypt module should be loaded
