Select the "Start Docker Desktop when you sign in to your computer" option. Restart computer.

Before version of 4.31.0, during installation your docker environment on Ubuntu do not forget to run below command

This bug ticket is for the Mac.
I have the same issue on Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631 Build 22631). Running latest Docker Desktop version up to this date, Docker Desktop 4.35.O (172550)
Can't find any solution for months unfortunately
