`BuilderBase.h:550 block_for_offset` error in linux/amd64 image on osx arm64 host

Error message:

assertion failed [block != nullptr]: BasicBlock requested for unrecognized address
(BuilderBase.h:550 block_for_offset)

Base image: mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspnet:7.0-bullseye-slim-amd64

I can't use arm image because I use a proprietary library that was built for x64.

Error occurs stochastically. Container stops right after above mentioned error happens. It may happen right after container startup, or after some time. I can't find any stable reproduction scenario, but it fails after N<1000 http requests to a server in the container.

Reproduce

Unfortunately I can not share the whole project where this error occurs in a more stable way, but here is a repo where it can be reproduced either: https://github.com/iSvB/docker-error-prj

1. docker build -t dep .
2. docker run --rm --name dep -p 5500:80 dep

Sometimes same error occurs after ctrl+c (like 1/20).

Expected behavior

Container run smoothly and without errors like on linux/windows x64 host.
