Verifying credentials failed on docker desktop
Description
After sign in via web browser, Docker desktop hang with verifying credentials
Reproduce
- Open docker desktop
- click Sign in
- Sign in via web browser successfully
- redirect to docker desktop：Verifying credentials for [email protected]
- Docker desktop hang with verifying credentials，after 30 seconds notify:You've been signed out
Expected behavior
Successfully Sign in on docker desktop

+1 It seems a network problem in my situation, after I opened VPN, it can login successfuly.
same issue. I tried the docker login command , login successfully. the docker desktop still can't login successfully.
The same issue in different windows 11 work stations. Docker version 4.29.0 (145265)
+1 macOS 14.1.1 (23B81) with M2 chip Docker version 24.0.6 After turning VPN to Global mode, I login successfully, lol.
For those of you have proxy/VPN setup, you may also need to setup the http/https proxy for you Docker Desktop App too! go to settings-> Resources -> proxies.
