Switching between the "Data" and "In Use" tabs when inspecting volume does not work
Description
When inspecting a volume, it's impossible to swtich back to the "Data" tab after selecting the "In Use" tab. Regadless of how many times the "Data" tab is clicked, the view remains on the "In Use" tab. Additionally, the indicator for the active tab never changes from "Data".

Reproduce
- Start Docker Desktop on MacOS.
- Create a volume (I used docker-compose with a single volume bound to a specific container).
- Navigate to Volumes tab.
- Switch between "Data" and "In Use" tabs.
Expected behavior
Switching between the tabs changes the active view between the data directory and containers using the volume.

I just tested with 4.27.2 and it looks like it works. @marceliwac can you test with the latest?
