Cannot pull image or login with docker desktop on macOS 14.2.1 (M1):

I have this same issue, did you figure this out?

Unfortunately not. I have found out that the problem also affects other devices on the network. My workaround has been to switch to a cell phone hotspot for the download for a few months now. I have no idea what the problem could be.
