Unfortunately not. I have found out that the problem also affects other devices on the network. My workaround has been to switch to a cell phone hotspot for the download for a few months now. I have no idea what the problem could be.

I am also having the same issue using 4.34.3 docker desktop on mac M2 version 14.6.1
Is there anyone who can find a solution to this?
