Title bar buttons are oversized

Description

In recent versions, I have noticed that title bar buttons are oversized:

Title bar buttons should be smaller, as in a previous version:

Reproduce

  1. Open Settings...
  2. Look at the Settings button in the title bar

FYI: This looks to have been resolved for me sometime on/before v4.27.1
