chore: assorted hugo fixes, version bump

Description

  • ~fix: remove duplicate keywords front matter~ fixed in #23609
  • ~fix: remove duplicate keys in cli data file for 'docker desktop kubernetes'~ fixed in #23609
  • ~fix: update deprecated :slugorfilename permalink token~ - Dropping this commit since I believe it still needs fixing in Hugo, and it is currently blocking the other fixes in this pr. Will bump hugo again and fix in a follow-up when ready. For now we continue with slugorfilename.
  • fix: update deprecated "_build" front matter key
  • chore: regenerate hugo_stats.json
  • feat: upgrade hugo to v0.153.0 (to be released...)

This is currently blocked on two issues:

  • Netlify's build environment doesn't seem to play nicely with the latest Hugo version due to some glibc dependency that is missing. So TBD what to do there.
  • I believe the new slugorcontentbasename permalink token doesn't work the same way as the slugorfilename token we used previously - it generates additional subdirectory for section pages. Either I am holding it wrong or this needs fixing in hugo.

Updated the netlify build image to ubuntu 24.04 and the builds go through now ✅ so the only open issue is the hugo one.
