Description

Fix CA generation to use keyUsage keyCertSign. Otherwise docker-py fails with: SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: CA cert does not include key usage extension (_ssl.c:1032)'))
