Missing information on How can I merge organizations in Docker Hub? under FAQ

Information is incorrect
Description
It is not possible currently for support to help with merging organizations. The only thing they can do is to pull images, export members then push the images back along with importing the users as well. All the actions are only required from the users end at the moment.
