Raspberry Pi Installation Instructions Don't Work

Description

Following the "Install using the apt repository" installation instructions on Raspbian bookworm results in the following error on the install step:

`# apt-get install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io docker-buildx-plugin docker-compose-plugin Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading state information... Done Package docker-ce is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source

Update instructions to work with Raspbian/Debian 12: bookworm
