Fix examples

File: network/ipvlan.md Some of the IP addresses in IPvlan L3 mode example don't seem to be consistent with each other. The image describes one network, then the commands below seem to correspond to something else and finally there is talk of a 192.168.212.0/24 subnet in a comment that doesn't seem to correspond to anything in the page.
