please include steps to setup kubernetes on a proxied/vpn or no internet environement
when i try to setup Kubernetes with my vpn enabled , i get error that Kubernetes failed to start , this can be a very general issue, please document steps to fix this

to give more context, normally docker desktop tries to connect to internet to download images and configuration required to setup kubernetes . there is no option to configure docker desktop to connect to a private repository like jfrog artifactory to pull images required by kubernets
pleease document steps to configure private registry for setting up kubernets with docker desktop
