Feature request: Creepers should be chaos monkeys

Can we add chaos monkey (represented by creeprs) support for HA testing?

Creepers wonder around your world randomly blowing up servers.

There's a couple technical limitations with that.

1. In Vanilla Minecraft, creepers will only blow up when they are next to a player, so it will never be random, it will be whatever container you happen to be standing next to.
2. When a creep blows up, it doesn't "activate" any blocks, which would be required to trigger a command.

Though, anything is possible, hence this very repo, which I love.
