New release

Hello,

I am currently using docker-py at the commit that adds https://github.com/docker/docker-py/pull/3270. This commit was published a few months ago but was never made part of a release. I'm noticing that the overall package hasn't had a release since last year.

Would it be possible for the owners of this package to publish a new stable release so these changes can be used easily, without having to specify a Git SHA as the package version?
