$ git clone -b "fix-commit-changes-arg" [email protected]:StoneJia/docker-py.git somewhere
$ cd somewhere
$ git commit --amend -s --no-edit
$ git push -f

Amending updates the existing PR. You DO NOT need to open a new one.
