2025-09-03 stable release has empty updateinfo.xml.zst

I think the updateinfo.xml.zst file in the most recent stable release is invalid. There are no updates in the update tags. I'm not familiar with this file so maybe this is normal but shouldn't this have some contents?

Hi, IIRC we haven't been populating that file before.
