feature: add distro for OpenCloudOS and TencentOS
Hi all, I am from Tencent and I work as linux distro release engineer. I hope I can contribute for our project. So I made A little patch to add support for OpenCloudOS and TencentOS
The pr will be submitted later by me. please help me to review it :)

TencentOS is an operating system developed by Tencent. It serves a wide range of applications, especially in the context of Tencent's extensive service portfolio. It is optimized to support Tencent's various businesses such as cloud services, online games, and content - delivery platforms. TencentOS Server Enterprise Edition, which is developed by Tencent based on OpenCloudOS Stream, belongs to the L2 community enterprise version.
