When I click the Dev Environments The IntelliJ IDEA will tell me like it

• Version: 11.5.1

Version of Docker Desktop:
Docker Desktop 3.6.0 (67351) is currently the newest version available.

Last week we released the version 4.2.0 of Docker Desktop, in this one we fixed a bug in Docker Dev Environment which should be the source of this issue.

Can you try it and let me know if you still have this weird behaviour?
