Xfce Panel missing window icon

Expected behavior

Icon showing inside panel (window buttons)

Actual behavior

Icon not showing inside panel (window buttons)

Information

  • Linux distro: Ubuntu
  • Distro version: 22.04
  • Docker Desktop Version: 4.10.1
  • Desktop: XFCE (4.16)
  • Window Manager: xfwm4 (4.16.1)
  • Panel: xfce4-panel (4.16.3)

When using xprop on the dashboard window, we can see that _NET_WM_ICON is not set.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Open docker-desktop dashboard window
  2. The icon on the panel is not showing

There hasn't been any activity on this issue for a long time. If the problem is still relevant, mark the issue as fresh with a /remove-lifecycle stale comment. If not, this issue will be closed in 30 days.

Prevent issues from auto-closing with a /lifecycle frozen comment.
