Ubuntu 23.10 - Check for updates - Download update does nothing except open a new window.
Description
When using the Check for updates button , a new version is found: v4.33.0. When I click on the Download update button nothing happens EXCEPT a new browser window is opened to this URL:

Same for me. Found lots of posts dating back to 2019 complaining about the Download update button not working as excepted. I haven't found a working answer so far. Maybe you just get used to seeing the red warning text in the bottom right corner, and it will eventually update automatically?
